Rick Downie
Mr. Downie has worked as a successful business broker in Oregon for many years (since 1984), and is the senior member of the Business Sales Division of Coldwell Banker Commercial. For the better part of those years he was an associate for a successful merger and acquisition firm based in Lake Oswego. Subsequently in 1995, he was recruited by the principal owners of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Salem to start up and run the business brokerage services portion of the business. He met that challenge, and the Business Sales Division now includes several full-time business brokers and business sales associates. 

In the late 1980’s, Mr. Downie received the designation of Certified Business Consultant (C.B.C.) from the Institute of Certified Business Consultants. Mr. Downie grew up on the North Oregon Coast. His background includes 20+ years in the grocery business, from box boy to chain store management, and ownership of two successful independent grocery stores. The types of businesses he has worked with as a business broker covers the waterfront and is too extensive to list. Mr. Downie resides in Keizer, Oregon, is married, and has three grown daughters and a son.

Gary Weston
Mr. Weston joins the Coldwell Banker Commercial team with 30 years of business and small business ownership experience including: Camp Sherman Store, Doughton Hardware, Mara's Restaurant, Daily's Market and Hook Wine & Cheddar in SunRiver, Oregon.

Mr. Weston grew up in Salem, Oregon and his background is extensive in owning and operating small business as well as being a retail consultant for Hardware Stores. Mr. Weston & his wife reside in Salem, Oregon and have two grown daughters. He is an avid fly-fisherman and golfer.

Chrissy Weston
Chrissy Weston joins Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Business Sales Analyst with a business and accounting background. Mrs. Weston has over 18 years experience as a financial administrator. With her husband, Gary Weston, she has owned and operated several retail stores and restaurants in Camp Sherman, Sunriver and Stayton, Oregon.

Mrs. Weston was born and raised on the East Coast and throughout her life has traveled extensively both in the U.S. and abroad. She and her husband reside in Salem, OR and have raised two daughters.
